1. Eligibility:
   The Pink Studio-Central 2025 Brand Video Giveaway is open to legal U.S. residents aged 18 and older. Employees of Pink Studio-Central, their immediate family members, and affiliated partners are not eligible to enter.
   
   
2. Entry:
   Only one entry per business is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Entries must be submitted through the official form on the Pink Studio-Central website. Incomplete or fraudulent entries will not be considered.
   
   
3. Prize Details:
   The winner will receive one (1) professionally produced brand video valued at $5,000. This includes concept development, a half-day video shoot, and final video editing. Additional production elements (such as talent, locations outside of the local area, or additional shoot days) may incur additional costs to be covered by the winner.
   
   
4. Winner Selection:
   The winner will be selected at random and announced on September 1, 2025. The winner will be contacted via email or phone. If the winner does not respond within 7 business days, an alternate winner may be selected.
   
   
5. Use of Content:
   By entering, participants grant Pink Studio-Central the right to use their business name, likeness, and the produced video for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
   
   
6. No Purchase Necessary:
   No purchase is required to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
   
   
7. Limitations & Liability:
   Pink Studio-Central is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Pink Studio-Central from any claims arising from participation or prize usage.
   
   
8. Modification or Cancellation:
   Pink Studio-Central reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time for any reason, including technical or administrative issues beyond our control.
   
   
9. Governing Law:
   This giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
