UHealth – Human Being Well

The University of Miami Health System tasked us with developing a comprehensive campaign for the launch of the Lennar Medical Center, the first facility to house all UHealth brands—Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer, Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, and UHealth Sports Medicine—under one roof. The vision for the center was to revolutionize customer service in healthcare, placing a renewed emphasis on treating patients as human beings, something the industry had drifted away from. Our challenge was to create a campaign that would not only introduce the new medical center but also promote it both locally and nationally, highlighting its innovative approach to patient care and human-centered service.
SOLUTION
The Pink Collective launched the “Human Being Well” campaign, which became more than just a marketing effort—it evolved into a core internal strategic vision for the University of Miami Health System. This campaign emphasized human-centered care, aligning with the medical center’s mission to restore compassion and personalized service to healthcare. Additionally, we successfully executed the grand opening of the Lennar Medical Center, which generated significant attention and engagement. As a result, the facility was fully booked for the first six months following its launch, showcasing the immediate impact and success of our efforts.
